Refunds and Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, or your order arrives damaged please send a photo to info@incandlessence.com.au to organise a replacement or refund. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.

If you wish to return your order the cost of return is at the customers cost, if the goods are damaged in transit Incandlessence will cover freight costs for replacement goods.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.

Am I able to cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one working day so orders can only be cancelled before the goods have left our warehouse. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
